This Type II fabric, made of high-strength polyester yarns, is covered on both sides with a soft PVC-coating, especially developed for both acid and basic environments. Moreover, the specific lacquer ensures minimal methane migration and excellent processability. This flame-retardant membrane is certified according to EN 13501-1. The optional ABS finish reduces the discoloration of the surface caused by protein-rich substrates.

Biogas plants – in which not only silage is processed – can be affected by the “browning effect”, a discoloration of the outer membrane. The optional ABS finish is a unique solution, the first of its kind on the market, which counteracts the discoloration of biogas membranes.
